The Energy Control Platform, which is a product used exclusively by ecobee's Utility partners, is undergoing scheduled maintenance today from 08:00 EDT to 23:59 EDT. The platform will be completely unavailable during this time period; however this will have no impact on the operations of thermostats, cameras, or any other consumer device.

The Energy Control Platform will undergo scheduled maintenance on Monday, April 29 2024 from 08:00 to 23:59 EDT. During this maintenance window, all API calls into the platform will fail. No demand response events can be scheduled during the downtime. If a demand response is scheduled ahead of time to start during the maintenance window, it will be cancelled.
