Heads up: there seems to be an issue with Switch+ Online Services. The good news is your ecobee Switch+ will keep operating when you manually adjust it. The not-so-good-news? The app, web portal and third-party apps are temporarily impacted. Thanks for hanging in there. We’re working hard to find the cause of this issue as soon as possible.

We believe the issue is related to an issue with an upstream provider. We continue to look into options to restore service for Switch+ customers.

We also discovered that the Web Portal will not be loading if you have Switch+ in you account. Again, we apologies for any inconvenience and are woking hard to restore our service.
