On Tuesday February 25 between 9:00-10:00 AM UTC / 4:00-5:00 AM EST, we'll be performing scheduled improvements to ecobee SmartCamera and Smart Doorbell Camera. During the maintenance period, customers may be unable to access SmartCamera and Smart Doorbell Camera live feed, recordings, history, or settings within the ecobee app. SmartCamera and Smart Doorbell Camera detections and recordings will operate as normal, and will be visible in the app once maintenance completes. Thanks for your patience and apologies for the inconvenience.
