We’ll be performing a scheduled system maintenance from 7:00am - 9:00am EST (Expected downtime: approximately 15 minutes). During the downtime period, your SmartCamera and/or Smart Doorbell Camera will temporarily go offline. While offline, the cameras will not record any activity or send any notifications. However, if your home is armed before this period, it remains protected with incident notifications and emergency escalation, if applicable. Arming/disarming via the thermostat and siren sound will be unavailable, but door/window sensors and thermostat comfort management will function as normal.
