We’ll be performing some system improvements momentarily. The important thing to know is that ecobee thermostats will continue to operate as usual on the set schedule and by manual adjustment, including all in-progress energy-savings events. Some people might notice they are unable to access their SmartCamera or Smart Doorbell Camera live feed or are unable to register their SmartCamera or Smart Doorbell Camera device.
