Identified - We’re happy to report we’ve discovered the root cause of disruption to the Alexa Skill Integration for Smart Doorbell Camera and SmartCamera Devices and are fixing the problem right now.

Investigating - We've received reports that ecobee Smart Doorbell Camera and SmartCamera devices are unable to be viewed in the Alexa app and on Echo Show devices. Our team is investigating. The Energy Control Platform will undergo scheduled maintenance on Monday, April 29 2024 from 08:00 to 23:59 EDT. During this maintenance window, all API calls into the platform will fail. No demand response events can be scheduled during the downtime. If a demand response is scheduled ahead of time to start during the maintenance window, it will be cancelled.
